New York City Vestibules builds dining enclosures as large vestibules that extend your restaurant's usable footprint onto the sidewalk. Classified as temporary, but built to stay up all year, they block wind, rain and snow while keeping sightlines clear and the atmosphere open. Restaurants across Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, and in Washington DC use them to keep outdoor seating profitable from October through April. No permanent build-out required. Because they pay for themselves quickly, most owners see an ROI in as fast as one short winter from the extra seats they keep in service. The biggest issue with outdoor dining has always been getting guests to eat inside when the weather turns. A warm, clear enclosure fixes that and keeps that outdoor dining feel alive all year round.
